Tostitos Scoops
Taco Meat or grilled tofu
Refried Beans
Mexican Blend Cheese
Instructions
Put above ingredients in scoops in order
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts
Garnishes
Thin slice of roma tomato
Thin slice of avocado
Thin slice of lettuce
Dollop of cream cheese
Thin slice of jalipeno pepper
Thin slice of black olive
Sprinkle with cilantro
