Appetizer - Layered Mexican Dip

Ingredients
14 oz refried beans
1 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
2 cup guacamole
16 oz sour cream
2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese or cheddar cheese
2 diced Roma tomatoes
1 cup shredded lettuce
6 oz diced black olives
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped (optional)
2-3 green onions finely chopped

Instructions
Combine refried beans and taco seasoning in a bowl and stir together.
Topping - mix tomatoes, lettuce, black olives, cilantro and green onions.
Spread bean/seasoning mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Layer the following - cheese, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese.
Add the Mix topping as the last layer.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
