Bread Machine Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
3⁄4 cup brown sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup canned milk
1⁄4 cup olive oil or creamed corn
1⁄2 cup whole kernel corn or 1/4 cup if using creamed corn above (optional)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to your bread machine pan in the order directed by your machines manual.
Set machine to Quick Bread with medium crust.

Notes
Adding whole kernel corn to recipe makes for a taste chewable bread. Thaw or defrost frozen whole kernel corn before use.
