Bread Machine Peanut Butter Bread

Bread Electric book by Innovative Cooking Enterprises (Anchorage, AK)

Ingredients
1-1/4 cup warm Water
3 cups Bread Flour
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
3 tsp active dry Yeast or 2 tsp fast rise Yeast

Instructions
Put all ingredients in machine and use regular cycle.

Alan Notes
First tested March 28, 2020 (inspired by boredom from Conrona Virus).
The bread finished 5 minutes after Kathy woke up and she thought I was baking cookies.
Bread has just a hint of peanut butter taste, a flakey crust, an interior that is nicely dark color, but slightly dry.
I'll definitely make this again.
