Mary Henderson & Mama Mack's Pound Cake


Ingredients
1 cup shortening
1-3/4 cup sugar
5 eggs
2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Cream shortening in mixer.
Cream in sugar.
Add eggs to mixture, 1 at a time. Beat well after each egg.
Add flour and vanilla, mixing.

Bake in Bundt pan for 50 minutes at 325.

This is my second most favorite cake. I've been eating this since 1956 until mom passed away. Someday I will try to make this.
