Oven Chicken Breast with Parmesan

Ingredients

1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
3 tablespoons melted Butter
4 (5-6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons Parmesan & herb seasoning

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch rimmed sheet pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, herb seasoning and paprika in shallow dish. Place butter in glass pie pan or shallow dish; microwave 30-40 seconds until melted.

Spread butter on chicken with brush, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Place chicken into prepared pan; drizzle with remaining butter. Sprinkle with remaining breadcrumb mixture.

Bake 18-22 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches at least 165°F and chicken is no longer pink.
