Peanut Butter Jumbo Cookies

Also known as Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
1 cup granulated Sugar
1-1/2 cups Peanut Butter (Skippy)
3 large Eggs
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (real)
4-1/2 cups uncooked old-fashioned oats
1 cup (6 ounces) Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup M&M's

Instructions
Preheat oven to 360° F.
Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
Cream Butter, brown and white sugar, peanut butter and eggs.
Blend in baking soda, vanilla extract and oats util well mixed.
Stir in Chocolate chips and candy pieces.
Scoop 1/3 cup of cookie dough and place on pan about 4 inches apart.
Press each cookie to flatten slightly.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm in center.
Remove cookies to wire racks to cool.

Notes
This recipe makes around 18 cookies.
