Roatan Monkey LaLa Drink

Shared by several bartenders while on Roatan, Honduras

Ingredients
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Carolans Irish Cream

2 oz Tito’s Vodka
or
1 oz Sailor Jerry’s Rum
1 oz Tito’s Vodka

2 oz Coconut Milk (unsweetened)
4 oz Pineapple Juice
Hersey’s Chocolate Syrup
Sugar to taste

Instructions
Squirt Hersey’s Syrup around inside of glass 12oz glass.
Fill mixing cup half full with Ice.
Add Pineapple Juice, Kahlua, Carolans and Tito’s.
Shake vigorously and strain into glass.
Add Coconut milk and sugar to taste.

Kathy loved these on the island, but I had a hard time recreating this for Kathy at home.
