Baked Salmon

Ingredients
(2) 6 oz fillet of Salmon 2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon or dill

Instructions
Pat salmon dry. Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Brush with butter. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salmon.
Bake, with loose aluminum foil covering, at 425° for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
Bake with skin down.

    Crumbled Blue Cheese
    Grated Parmesan Cheese
